Outdoor training leads to more mental and physical mobility, more creative behaviour, increased self-reliance and greater self-confidence in one's own abilities. Professional support is provided by an experienced, high-quality trainer, who, with the right input in reflection phases, can design the contents in a practical way and manage the transfer to the everyday work of the participants. For this we use experience pedagogy and low or high rope elements.
