A team camp is more than just a trip – it's a user manual for unlocking human potential. We combine current findings in the human sciences with experiential outdoor training. The goal: healthy, composed individuals and teams who act cooperatively, creatively, and resiliently.
Our approach:
Understanding and experiencing
We work based on current research (neurobiology, polyvagal theory, neuroplasticity) to create a comprehensive understanding of our biological "defaults" and "settings". But knowledge alone is not enough: Out in nature, we train our regulatory abilities and thus unleash enormous potential for performance and development.
The three-part structure of our work:
-
Keynote address on the human condition: An update of our self-understanding. Basic knowledge about the nervous system, coherence, and perception.
-
Outdoor training: From head to body. Training in self-regulation, resilience, and conscious perception.
-
Reflection & Integration: Transfer into everyday life through methodological competence and change of perspective.
