Theoretical understanding is explored and solidified in real-world settings. We utilize a wide range of methods – from proven team classics to innovative, self-developed tools.

  • Our inspiration: Elements from Somatic Experiencing, Neuroathletics, Grinberg Method and Feldenkrais.

  • Our locations: Around the campfire, in the forest, by the water or on the mountain.
